Greece, August - September 2017
StrickWärme received 400 kg of sun cream as a large donation. We organized the transport to Greece to the warehouse of Help Refugees. From this warehouse, 39 NGOs obtain material to carry out a large number of projects throughout northern Greece, from which both refugees and marginalized Greeks benefit.
On site we bought 300 new school bags for the children for the new school of the Diavata camp.
We also visited the asylum of Epanomi, where we brought knitwear to the children and interviewed several people. Rashid wrote an article which was published on the Amnesty International website .
